Goodwill Find

You'll never guess what I found at Goodwill. It was the Heart for Heart Girls Chai time with Nahji outfit for six dollars.

I got it, came home and looked it up, and it was sold out.Awesome! There's just one small problem: I don't own a H4H girl.

My Order From AG

I ordered Mckenna's School Outfit, Mckenna's Rain Gear, and Cooper! I am very excited for them to get here, even though Mckenna's School Outfit, and Mckenna's Rain Gear are backorded until December 7, and her dog (this is insane) is backorderd until the 4th of January.  I almost didn't get him. But, I went through with it, and can't wait to receive all of these items! Here's what I got:

Older Siblings for AG

Now that I've covered younger siblings for AG, I'd thought I'd do older.

  • BFF Doll Company. These dolls are the same hight as AG, 18", but what sets these dolls apart is they wear high heels! I'd love to one one of these girls!
  • My Twinn Dolls. Althought a lot taller than AG, I think they could be siblings. Unfortunately, I don't own either, so I don't know.
  •  Carpentina. These dolls look older than AG, because they have thinner faces.

Younger Siblings for AG

So, lots of people want siblings for their American Girl Dolls. I do! Here are some options:

Tender Hearts Girls Dolls. This line consists of 5 dolls who look about 4-7. These dolls are Emma, Sophia, Isabella, Olivia, and Maria. This adorable line of dolls comes in their Girl Scout or Brownie uniforms, and you can purchase other outfits separately. These dolls price about 40-50 dollars.
This is Emma, in her brownie uniform.

Gotz Dolls. This line consists of 5 dolls who look older than Tender Hearts, but younger than AG. This doll line has one boy, which really appeals to me. Kathrine and Amy could use a male sibling. Unfortunately for me, these dolls cost about 90 dollars. Looks like Kathrine and Amy won't be getting a little brother any time soon.
Götz Doll Collection

Target Mini Babies. This isn't really a line, but these adorable mini dolls fit 18" dolls just fine.  These babies are made by Circo, and all are labeled mini. What I like about these is that they are cheap, and they sell tons of outfits, and furniture. Just check out your local Target! These dolls are about 5, and the accessory sets and furniture sets are more, but I don't think they go over 15 dollars.

My Little Pony

So, today, I was watching My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic with my little sis (yes, I'm a nerd), and I wanted to know which ponies I had sitting on my dresser. I looked it up on Where the Rainbow Ends, and it turns out I have a Star Catcher, a Sparkleworks, and a Desert Blossom.  They are all G3s.

It turns out that there are a few ponies I must acquire! Autumn Skye, Lavender Lake, Rainbow Dash, Wysteria, Port-O-Bella, and Pepperberry are some such ponies! So even if you don't think you are a pony person, get out there and look! There is a pony there for every one!

Edit-Girl of the Year 2013

The Girl of the Year 2013-What we know so far!
Her name will be Saige! Here's the book 1 summery-

Upset that her New Mexico school can only afford music and art teachers in alternate years, fourth-grader Saige works with her grandmother, Mimi, to plan a fundraiser but when Mimi has an accident, Saige relies on new friend Gabi to help.

Here's the book 2 summery-

Painting in her grandmother's studio and riding her favorite horse, Georgia, helps fourth-grader Saige cope with missing Mimi and sparks an idea for funding the school art program, but more creativity will be needed to keep Georgia from being sold.

I can't wait to see what she'll look like! I think she'll look like this doll:

except with green eyes. What do you think?

Edit- We have a picture of Saige! You can check it out here:
I think she looks a little like Jess. I'm a little disappointed she hasn't got green eyes. What do you think? Do you like her? Comment!

Caroline has arrived! In all her Caroline-ness! Technically, she arrived yesterday, but I had loads of homework, and an after-school activity, so posting was out of the question. Here's a picture of Caroline:

 Her accessories:

Her cat, Inkpot:

Her holiday gown:

Her travel outfit and basket:

Her nightgown:

 What I think of Caroline:
In my opinion, her hair color is overdone: Julie, Kit, Kirsten, Lanie, and Kailey all are blond. Her eyes: I love her eye color, gray. I wish MAG's came with gray eyes. I'd name a blond one Annabeth (Percy Jackson). Her meet outfit: Pink isn't my color. I think it would be better if it had blue trim, or a blue waist ribbon,  perhaps. I do like the design, though.
Her clothes: My favorite is the holiday gown. I love the belt, color, and shoes.
I also like her nightgown- simple and yet elegant.
Her accessories: Her cat is adorable. He's cuter than Licorice any day. I love his greenish-yellow eye color. Her bag in her accessories is embroidered with Caroline. It's hard to see though. What do you think of Caroline? Comment!

Random Information

Ok, I know I said there would be reviews, but I haven't figured out how to transfer photos from my SD card to my computer. Sorry.

Another thing: Good Blogs. These are two blogs I follow:

My Store Boycott

As you can tell from the title, I'm doing a store boycott. This is because I am saving up for Cosette (check out the My Dream MAG Dolls page).

That is the other reason I am posting. I have a new page. Check it out! This has all My Dream MAG Dolls.

P.S. If anyone has any ideas for Rosemary's personality, comment, and I'll pick the one I like the best!

A New Historical American Girl Doll

Caroline Abbot is the new historical American Girl doll. On the American Girl publishing website, it says she will come out in September. Who do you think she will be? Will she be a Victorian -era doll? Will she be a traveler on the Oregon Trail? Will she be a traveler on the Mayflower? There are so many possibilities. Droplets of water hint her story might be near the sea. I can't wait until September, when all will be revealed!

Katniss-the Barbie Doll?

If you read other doll blogs you will have already heard, Mattel is making a Katniss barbie doll. Judging by the pictures, she isn't too bad. I like that she even has her mockingjay pin. You can find it for 30 dollars at

Why I'm Doing This Blog

Hi. Okay. I'm starting this blog because my family gets sick of hearing about dolls, doll things, doll news, etc. After a while they start to zone out. I collect all sorts of dolls. Here is some of the stuff I collect:
Polly Pockets (unfortunately, I was born in the wrong age, so I do not have any of the Bluebird ones),

 18" dolls,

Monster High, and others.

(Sorry if the lighting's bad.) The main thing I collect is dollhouse. My dollhouse is a Loving Family one, and I am obsessed. You, reading this, will probably hear a lot about it.
Both of the other pages have not been done yet, so if they don't show up, don't worry.  I have one 18" doll, Katherine, I'm saving for more right now. Those dolls may be Our Generation, Springfield, or American Girl. That page will explain likes, dislikes, and stuff. My Dollhouse page will have a picture of my dollhouse, and I will just name all the dolls. I have so many that name all their likes and dislikes would take me the rest of my life!
I am not a crafty person, and therefor, I won't do very many crafts. However, I will do tutorials on how to fix dolly hair. (Grandma is receiving treatment right now, in the dollhouse photo above.) See, I'm already blabbering on! I will try to post once a week, but, being a busy person, I might not have time. Bye!

*Edit- I have 2 18 inch dolls, Kathrine and Amy, but my sister had take possession of Amy and was calling her Cameron. I have her back now.
